How You Can Help

The Gem not-for-profit organization has put in about $40,000 to start rehabilitation and we've been busy completing the following tasks:
-
clearing weeds
-
cutting down trees too close to the house (like the image on the left)
-
installing new gutters and downspouts
-
repairing the basement foundation wall
-
leveling the first floor
-
demolishing some internal walls
-
installing new plumbing & new electrical
-
installing some insulation and drywall
-
completing a new front porch
-
adding new landscaping
We now need to: install all new flooring; additional insulation; drywall, insulation, flooring and light fixtures; install new kitchen cabinets, fixtures and paint all walls.
There's much to do. If you or your organization is compelled to support, please see our complete list of needs.
Thanks to Our Contributors
We are already very grateful to our generous contributing partners. Without their help, The Art House would not be progressing as quickly as it is to bring this vision to life.
